Initial Design Brief

This design brief is used to help clearly convey to the designer and builder important background information on you, your family and how you would like to live in your new home. The more we know about the vision you have for your new home and how you and your family will enjoy it, the better we can ensure that the ideas and concepts created meet those needs.

We encourage you to take your time with this and ensure you have given it some good thought. A great design brief will involve input from anyone who will be using the home on a day to day basis, so perhaps sit down with these people and have everyone involved in completing the brief.

We have designed this form to be completed in your time so please do not feel compelled to complete it in one session. If you wish to take some time away to think things over just hit the button at the bottom of the form and you can return later and continue where you left off. Also don’t forget to add some images at the end or even a link to your inspiration board at places like Pinterest as these images very help convey your ideas to our designers.
