The process so far with GPP has been fantastic. Naturally, I am the type of person to over think and ‘stress’ over the possibilities/things that can go wrong, so I’ve really appreciated having all my questions answered quickly, without being made to feel silly or a burden for asking too many questions. I’ve found the level of communication from the start to be really open and constant, and I’ve never felt “out of the loop” which is a good feeling!

From the beginning working with them made everything less stressful. Tim came to our home after hours when the kids were sleeping so we could both give our full attention and find a plan to suit us then change it a bunch of times when we found out how much things cost 🤣 They supported us through unexpected hiccups and advocated for us to get the very best finish and still tick off our big list of ‘must haves’. A chance meeting outside my workplace lead us to Gold Property Partners. As first home buyers we really had no idea what we were getting ourselves into choosing to Build our first home.
